The primary aim of the Namo Lakshmi Yojana in Gujarat is to uplift female students across the state. Under the program, students in classes 9 and 10 will receive INR 500 per month for a duration of 10 months. After successfully passing the class 10 board exams, an additional amount of INR 10,000 will be provided.

For those in classes 11 and 12, support will continue with INR 750 per month for the same 10-month period, and upon completion of the class 12 board exams, students will receive a balance of INR 15,000.

Eligibility Criteria

• The applicant must be a permanent resident of Gujarat state.
• The applicant must be a female student.
• The applicant must be between the age group of 13 to 18 years.
• The applicant must be studying in any government or private school in Gujarat state.
• The applicant must belong to a financially unstable family.
