The City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra Limited (CIDCO) is the governmental authority tasked with the development of the state of Maharashtra. Established on March 17, 1970, CIDCO is working to improve housing facilities for the economically weaker sections of society through the CIDCO Lottery 2024. Citizens interested in participating must register on the official website, with a required fee of INR 236. Please keep in mind that this registration fee is non-refundable.

CIDCO Lottery Registration Date Extended

After receiving encouraging feedback from the residents of Navi Mumbai, CIDCO authorities have made the decision to extend the registration deadline for the CIDCO Lottery. The original deadline of November 11, 2024, has now been pushed back to December 11, 2024.

This extension by the Maharashtra state government comes as a response to the challenges many citizens faced in registering due to the Diwali festival celebrations. So far, a total of 81900 residents of Navi Mumbai have successfully registered for the CIDCO Lottery 2024 scheme, aiming to secure affordable housing.

Number of Flats and Location

• A total of 26,502 flats will be built under the CIDCO Lottery 2024 for the citizens of Maharashtra state.
• According to the Maharashtra state government, the flats will be built in the Navi Mumbai location of Maharashtra state.

• The starting date of the CIDCO Lottery 2024 is 12th October 2024.
• The Last Date Of CIDCO Lottery 2024 Registration Is 11th December 2024

Eligibility Criteria

• The citizens must be a permanent resident of Maharashtra state.
• The citizens must belong to the EWS or LIG category.

1. All the citizens of Maharashtra state who want to register under the CIDCO Lottery scheme are requested to visit the official website by clicking on the link here.

2. Once the citizens reach the homepage of the official website they must locate and click on the option called “register”.

3. A new page will appear on your desktop screen the citizens must enter their name, and mobile number along with the captcha code.
4. Now a registration form will appear on your desktop screen the citizens must enter all the details that are asked and attach all the necessary documents.
5. After entering all the details the citizens must quickly review it and click on the option “submit” to complete their process.

Login for CIDCO Lottery

1. All the citizens of Maharashtra state who have already applied for the CIDCO Lottery can now visit the official website to log in officially.
2. Once the citizens reach the homepage of the official website must click on the option login.

3. Now the citizens must enter their mobile number and click on the option Get OTP.
4. Now the citizens must enter the OTP that they have received on the registered mobile number and click on the option login to complete their process.
